Antonio Alcolea

Profile

Law degree, with an emphasis on Corporate Law from the Universidad San Pablo-CEU (Madrid), 1999. Antonio is a professor at the National Agency for Public Administration (INAP), the Centre for Legal Studies (CEJ) and the Institute for Training and Studies of the Local Government of Madrid. His working languages are Spanish and English.

Career

Antonio Alcolea joined PEREZ-LLORCA as a Counsel in 2010. He has been a State Advocate (Abogado del Estado) since 2003 and up until joining PEREZ-LLORCA, Antonio held the position of State Advocate—Head of the Ministry of Labour and Immigration and he coordinated the legal services of the Spanish State Advocate’s Office for the Economic and Social Council (CES). He has also been a State Advocate in the Ministry of Public Administrations and he has held the post of State Advocate—Head of the State Agency for Evaluation of Public Policies and Quality of Services (AEVAL).

Publishing collaborations

  • Coordinator and co-author of the book "Modificaciones de la legislación de contratos de las Administraciones Públicas", currently in the process of being published by Ed. Bosch, 2011.
