Law degree from the Universidad Complutense (Madrid), 1990. Admitted to the Inspection Body of State Finances in 1992. She is currently a Tax Inspector on leave of absence.
Career
Clara joined PEREZ-LLORCA as partner in September 2006. She has been Sub-Director of legal planning and legal aid in the Department of Financial and Tax Inspections (AEAT) and Sub-Director of the legal team of Bankinter, where she was head of the Tax Unit.
Clara has considerable experience in Public administrations and also in the private sector. She provides advice to national and foreign clients within all branches of Tax law and foreign trade. She offers legal tax advice with regard to tax rulings before the Tax authorities and all the judicial instances in tax inspections of a highly technical nature, defending the tax interests of her clients.
