Career
Constanza joined PEREZ-LLORCA in 1997 where she practised M&A law for 8 years. Since then Constanza is head of the Corporate Area of the Firm and is in charge of areas such as Human Resources, Corporate Image, Communication and Marketing, and Knowledge Management. Constanza has participated as a speaker at a number of conferences and teaches in institutions/universities, such as the International Bar Association (IBA), the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE), Instituto de Empresa (IE), the Fundación Carolina and the Centro Universitario Villanueva
