Career
Fausto joined PEREZ-LLORCA in 2000 and was made partner in January 2007. Fausto has extensive experience in providing legal advice to national and international clients on transactions related to the real estate market and projects. He specialises in advising on corporate deals related to real estate and projects markets, including joint-venture deals, private equity and mergers and acquisitions.
His principal clients are national and international investors, property investment funds, banks, insurance companies, national and international developers, retail outlets, and industrial and service companies.
