Law Degree, and minor in Business Administration (E-1) from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas ICADE (Madrid), 1996. At present, he is a lecturer at the Instituto de Empresa for the Masters course in Business Law, organised by the Carolina Foundation. His working languages are Spanish, English and French.
Career
Fernando Quicios joined PEREZ-LLORCA in 1999. After practising for a number of years in the area of Corporate and Financial law, he was made partner in February 2006. He provides advice to national and international clients on all types of corporate transactions, particularly on mergers and acquisitions, banking, capital markets and financing transactions, both nationally and internationally, regularly in the framework of acquisitions, re-financing and project financing. He is part of the Insolvency and Restructuring Group of PEREZ-LLORCA.
