Profile

Doctorate in Law from the Universidad Complutense (Madrid), 1992. Professor of Commercial Law, 2002. Professor on a number of masters, including the Masters on Business Law at the Universidad Autónoma, Madrid, or the Master on Business Insolvency at the Universidad San Pablo CEU. He has taken part as a speaker in numerous conferences, courses and seminars. Principal researcher for the Research Project of the Ministry of Education and Science on the main insolvency institutions, companies and reintegration" (DER2008-05874-C02-02). His working languages are Spanish, English and German.

Career

Professor of Commercial law, Francisco joined PEREZ-LLORCA in 2004 as Of Counsel. Expert in Corporate and Financial law, capital markets and insolvency. He is the author of numerous doctrinal studies, as well as diverse monographs. He is one of the authors of some of the most important legal commentaries in corporate legislation and has collaborated on the preparation of various expert opinions and legal works on commercial law.
