Graduated in Law from the Universidad Autónoma (Barcelona), 1992. Masters degree in European Law from the Universidad Autónoma (Barcelona), 1993. Masters in European Law from the University of Liège (Belgium), 1994. His working languages are Spanish, Catalan, English and French.
Career
Gerard joined PEREZ-LLORCA as partner and head of the Barcelona office in 1995. He advises both national and international clients on all legal aspects related to the carrying out of real estate projects, such as shopping centres, apartment blocks, office complexes and hotels. His advice also covers all phases of the projects, including town planning, development, construction and promotion. Within Corporate law, he has extensive experience in M&A transactions. Among his main clients are private equity companies and private investors, for whom he works as a legal advisor for their investments in Spain or abroad.
