Law degree in Law from the Universidad Carlos III (Madrid), 1997. Masters degree in Law from the Universidad Carlos III (Madrid), 1999. He has been a lecturer of Commercial law at the Universidad Carlos III (Madrid) and at the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM). Currently, he lectures in the Masters degree of Legal Advice at the Instituto de Empresa (IE) in Madrid. His working languages are Spanish and English.
Career
He joined PEREZ-LLORCA in 1999 and specialises in Corporate law, M&A and private equity. He was made partner in January 2007. He advises national and international clients on corporate law and M&A on top-notch cross-border transactions in various sectors. In private equity, he has advised on the acquisition of minority shareholdings, controlling shareholdings and leveraged acquisitions on secondary buyout proceedings and on public to private transactions.
