Career
José Luis joined PEREZ-LLORCA as a partner in 2007. He has extensive experience in advising on commercial real estate transactions, including the structuring of real estate acquisitions/divestments, project finance, leasing and real estate mergers and acquisitions.
Recent commercial real estate transactions in which he has been involved include acting for the Whitehall funds (managed by Golman Sachs), WestInvest Gesellschaft für Investmentfonds, mbH, Apax Partners and Credit Suisse.
