Diploma in Business Studies from the Centro Universitario Luis Vives CEU (Madrid), 1992. Law degree from the Universidad Autónoma (Madrid), 1994. Advanced Programme in Labour relations from the Instituto de Empresa (Madrid), 1994. He speaks English, Spanish and understands French.
Career
As partner of the Labour practice area since January 1997, Luis advises on all areas of employment relations. He provides advice and represents clients in legal proceedings before the labour and administrative courts and in the negotiation of Collective Bargaining Agreements. He also has expertise in pensions and Social Security schemes and all matters concerning collective bargaining agreements (negotiation, drafting, interpreting and execution).
