Law degree from the Universidad de Córdoba, 1986. Awarded a Masters in Corporate Legal Counsel by the Instituto de Empresa in 1987 (Madrid). Luis works in Spanish, English and French.
Career
Luis joined PEREZ-LLORCA in 1988 and was made partner in 1998. His department is widely regarded as one of the strongest property teams in Spain. Luis specialises in all aspects of real estate transactions, advising national and multinational companies. He has extensive experience in real estate development, sale and purchase of property, divestment and acquisition of large property portfolios, sale & leaseback transactions, organisation of auction proceedings and tenders for the sale of real estate.
