Law degree from the Universidad Autónoma (Madrid), 1991. Postgraduate degree in European Law from the Université Libre in Brussels (Belgium), 1992. He is currently a lecturer for the Masters in Business law at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas ICAI-ICADE and for the Masters in Business law at the Carolina Foundation in the subjects related to Commercial law and Capital markets.
Career
Vicente joined PEREZ-LLORCA in September 2005 as partner and head of the Firm's capital markets team, after working as an associate lawyer at Uría Menéndez for eleven years. There, he was head of the office in Chile for three years. He advises both national and international clients on all types of corporate transaction, in the areas of corporate & finance law and capital markets in particular. Vicente represents clients in tender offers, takeovers, IPOs, public share offering, issuing of convertible bonds and other securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and corporate governance matters.
