Furthermore, the Firm continually provides advice within the corporate and financial field to listed companies that are clients of the Firm. They offer services relating to corporate concerns such as advice on how to prepare for meetings of the Board of Directors and General Shareholders' Meetings, dealings with the CNMV (The Spanish Securities Market Commission), compliance with corporate governance guidelines, support in the drafting of by-laws and rules of both the Governing Board and the Board of Directors and the drafting and preparation of reports in response to particular queries.
