This sub-area encompasses some of the more general legal advice given by the Corporate and Financial department. This team carries out various tasks for the day-to-day needs of the Firm's corporate clients and supports their managing bodies in commercial matters. They advise on such matters as the preparation of meetings or General Meetings, assistance in drafting documents, resolving doubts and concerns, amending company by-laws, drafting partnership agreements, Secretary of the Managing Board duties, issuing reports, notarising company agreements or filing documents with the Commercial Registry and other administrative bodies.
In the last few years, this team has also acquired considerable experience in partner and shareholder conflicts, as advisors for either of the parties. The team defends the clients' best interests and looks for the best way to resolve the conflict through legal analysis and specific negotiations.
