The Energy team advises national and foreign companies on the development, construction, acquisition and financing of energy projects, and on all questions of a legal nature in relation to them. Among the projects they advise on are conventional energy projects such as carbon plants, combined cycle power stations, hydraulics, and gas supply among others, as well as projects in special regime and green energies – wind, photovoltaic, thermosolar, biomass and biogas.
The Energy team is comprised of lawyers from various areas of the Firm, who are experts in corporate, real estate, financial, tax and regulatory law. The lawyers work in close collaboration in order to ensure that their clients receive comprehensive advice on all contractual aspects of a regulatory nature,- permits, authorizations, licences and relations with the administrations – all of which are aspects of projects of this nature.
