The Labour team takes part in union negotiations concerning corporate restructuring, labour adjustment procedures (termination or suspension), substantial changes to working conditions, employee transfers and collective bargaining and business agreements. In contentious labour issues, the team represents its clients in areas such as breach of contract, collective redundancies, dismissals, accidents at work, mass claims, harrassment and the infringement of fundamental rights.
The team also acts before the Work and Social Security Inspectorate and participates in arbitrations and out-of-court settlements of disputes. The team advises on the drafting of specific clauses in general employment contracts and particularly in management contracts.
