Our structured finance and projects team has advised on a wide variety of energy, real estate and public infrastructures deals. For such purposes, and in order to meet the client's needs and the complexity of the matters, the team includes lawyers from different areas of the firm: banking, administrative law, corporate, tax, real estate, urban planning, environmental and restructuring. This varied expertise has allowed us to represent the different profiles usually present in these deals: sponsors, suppliers of equipment, bankers, funds, public entities, technical advisors, etc. We prepare and negotiate the financial documents and the project development and work in cooperation with the technical teams in this field.
With regard to infrastructures, we would like to highlight the team's expertise in the setting out of innovative legal frameworks in order to elaborate and use them through public-private collaborations (PPPs) of an institutional or contractual nature.
