The Insolvency and Restructuring team consists of lawyers from a number of different practice areas; mainly the financial, corporate, labour and litigation departments. This enables us to coordinate the numerous legal branches involved in pre-insolvency and insolvency matters, and therefore to provide our clients with comprehensive solutions.
The members of this team have extensive experience in this area, having advised companies in financial crisis and also creditors in numerous and diverse insolvency proceedings, such as debt collection, agreement negotiation processes, winding-up processes, ad hoc anticipated winding-ups and restructuring transactions, among others. The team advises both national and international clients.
