The Tax team advises companies and their shareholders, either resident or non-resident in Spain, in order to maximize the tax benefits of national and cross-border deals. The team works closely with the Corporate area and specialises in national and international M&A, private equity and company and real estate taxation.
Many of the team's clients are multinationals and significant players in the Spanish real estate market, for whose transactions the team designs and implements tax efficient strategies. In the last few years, the team has substantially strengthened its capacities in the field of tax litigation.
