What is the PEREZ-LLORCA/IE Chair for Commercial Law?
Establishing the chair is a joined initiative of the IE and PEREZ-LLORCA, which has emerged after years of close collaboration between the two institutions.
As a law firm, we have always clearly understood that continuous training and legal refreshers are essential for the practice of our profession, and this Chair captures this commitment to learning.
What is the objective of the Chair?
The Chair fulfils the function of strengthening the research and its dissemination in the field of Commercial Law through applied research at the highest level, with the participation of a team of professors from the IE and professors and lawyers from our Firm.
What activities will the Chair undertake?
The main activities of the Chair are the organization of research seminars and discussion groups as well as the publication of working papers, which are the central theme of the debate in these discussion groups.
