Martín focuses his practice on public law and private law litigation, as well as domestic and international arbitration. He has actively participated in the prevention and resolution of complex disputes in sectors such as energy and hydrocarbons, construction and infrastructure, telecommunications, and financial services. He has a solid track record of advising international and local companies on contract execution management, designing strategies for the prevention and resolution of constitutional, regulatory, civil, and commercial disputes, as well as rendering expert opinions on procedural law matters.

Experience
Martín commenced his professional career in 2012 as part of a leading litigation and arbitration firm. In 2018, he joined the firm as an associate, and since 2026, he serves as Of Counsel.
Throughout his career, he has led the advisory and representation of numerous clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings on matters of significant relevance, including the recovery and defense of critical assets, contractual and non-contractual claims, challenges to regulatory actions, and the defense of constitutional rights. Additionally, Martín regularly advises clients on decision-making during the execution of contracts and infrastructure projects, as well as on the issuance of expert opinions in various types of litigation.
Academic and Publishing Collaborations
He has served as a Professor of Procedural Law at the Faculty of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, where he also held the position of Academic Secretary and was responsible for the Office of Educational Quality Assurance.
He was appointed by the Ministry of Justice of Peru as Technical Secretary of the Commission tasked with reviewing and proposing improvements to the Civil Procedural Code (2018).
He regularly participates as a speaker at academic events and training sessions related to the justice system, organized by public and private institutions.
