Luis has led a large number of mergers and acquisitions transactions in recent years, advising both domestic and foreign companies. He also advises international investors on corporate disputes and investment disputes with the State. Previously, he was an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York between 1997 and 1998, and at a leading local law firm between 1994 and 1996.
