Experience

Has participated in real estate due diligence processes, the acquisition and regularization of assets, as well as in the negotiation and implementation of land access mechanisms, and in the drafting and review of contracts related to the development of investment projects. She has also been involved in proceedings with administrative and registration authorities, assessing legal risks and proposing strategies for the feasibility and execution of obtaining and exercising rights over real estate.

Before joining the firm, she worked as an in-house counsel for a major Peruvian business group with a national and international presence.
