We advised Banco BBVA Perú as arranger in the structing and registration under the Institutional Investors Segment of the Peruvian Public Registry of Securities Market of the Third Issuance of Social Corporate Bonds of Fondo MIVIVIENDA under its Second Program of Corporate Bonds for PEN 150 million.
