Advised Pesquera Exalmar S.A.A.

We advised Pesquera Exalmar S.A.A. on the execution of a syndicated loan for the amount of US$ 130,000,000.00 for the acquisition of Pesquera Centinela S.A.C. and Robelis Valores S.A.C. (Acquisition Finance). The transaction included the execution of: (i) the  Amended and Restated Loan Agreement entered into with DNB Bank ASA; Banco Santander S.A.; Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A.; Banco Interamericano de Finanzas – Banbif; Banco BBVA Perú; Banco de Crédito del Perú S.A.A.; Banco Internacional del Perú S.A.A. – Interbank; and Banco Santander Perú S.A.|as lenders; and|DNB Bank ASA|as administrative agent; (ii) the First Amendment to the Trust Agreement; and (iii) a Guarantee Agreement.
