We advised Los Portales and Los Portales Departamentos|as borrowers|in the negotiation of the Comprehensive Amendment to the Loan Agreement entered into with the Corporación Interamericana de Inversiones (BID Invest)|pursuant to which BID Invest granted to Los Portales and Los Portales Departamentos: (i) a committed and secured revolving working capital facility in Soles equivalent to up to US$ 20 million|(ii) an uncommitted secured senior loan in Soles equivalent to up to US$ 20 million|and (iii) an uncommitted and secured revolving working capital facility in Soles equivalent to up to US$ 10 million.
