We advised Banco BBVA Perú in its capacity as issuer and structurer|on the registration before the Peruvian Securities Market Superindentendency (SMV) of the First Issuance under Banco BBVA Perú's Fourth Negotiable Certificates of Deposit Program for S/ 450'000,000.00|as well as on the placement and issuance of Negotiable Certificates of Deposit for approximately S/ 90'000,000.00 under Series A of the First Issuance.
