We advised Compass Oportunidad Renta Fija Investment Fund on (i) the acquisition of bonds privately issued by Servicios Generales Saturno S.A.C. for an amount of PEN 12.6 million|which were acquired through a payment in kind (exchange) with bonds from the first issuance under the Private Secured Bond Program – Servicios Generales Saturno; and (ii) the acquisition of bonds privately issued by Servicios Generales Saturno S.A.C. under the second issuance of the same program|for an amount of PEN 5.5 million.
