We advised Banco BTG Pactual S.A. – Cayman Branch and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC as joint book-runners in connection to the offering by Compañía de Minas Buenaventura S.A.A.of the 6.800% Senior Notes due 2032 in an aggregate principal amount of U.S.$ 650’000,000. The notes were issued pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the US Securities Act of 1933. 

Additionally|we advised Banco BTG Pactual S.A. – Cayman Branch and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC as dealer managers in connection to a tender offer launched by Compañía de Minas Buenaventura S.A.A. of any and all outstanding 5.500% Senior Notes due 2026.
