We advised Complejo Agroindustrial Beta S.A. (Beta)|as borrower|in connection with the financing for an amount of USD 60 million granted by Rabobank|Interbank|and BanBif. This financing represents the incorporation of tranches C and D into the total financing of up to USD 152 million.
