Acquisition by ACCIONA|a global group that develops and manages sustainable infrastructure solutions|with its main business headquarters in Spain|of certain Peruvian subsidiaries of Abengoa Perú S.A.|a Peruvian company owned by Canadian funds Darby and engaged in engineering|construction|and project development in the energy sector|following an internal corporate reorganization process.
The transactions provides for a second closing to occur upon obtaining certain regulatory approvals and authorizations required for the transfer of concession assets from ATN 3 S.A.|another subsidiary of Abengoa Perú S.A. not within the perimeter to the transaction|to a newco to be acquired by ACCIONA.
