We advised the Organizing Shareholders on obtaining the Authorization to Organize KORI Financiera S.A., granted by the Superintendence of Banking, Insurance and Private Pension Fund Administrators (SBS).
KORI Financiera will focus on providing group and individual loans to micro and small enterprises, with a particular emphasis on expanding access to financing for women entrepreneurs.
Additionally, our Financial and Insurance Practice is currently advising, in coordination with the APOYO Consultoría team, another regulated entity in the process of obtaining an Authorization to Organize before the SBS, as the first step toward operating as a finance company.
