Profile

César has more than 8 years of experience mainly in corporate litigation, leading different processes before the Delegation of Commercial Procedures of the Superintendence of Companies, as well as various national and international arbitration courts under the rules of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá and the International Chamber of Commerce. In addition, he has experience advising national and international clients on corporate governance issues, where he also served on different boards of directors in Colombian companies. Throughout his career, César has been involved in the structuring, negotiation and elaboration of mergers and acquisitions transactions and contractual structuring.
