Profile

Daniela has experience in corporate law and corporate governance, with a focus on advising financial sector entities, particularly banking institutions. She has been involved in the drafting and review of legal documents, including bylaw amendments and corporate governance regulations, as well as in the management of corporate bodies such as shareholders’ meetings, boards of directors, and audit committees. She has conducted legal analyses for financial institutions, focusing on corporate regulations and sector-specific regulatory frameworks. Additionally, she has supported the coordination of institutional communications and the handling of requests before regulatory authorities in Colombia and Peru.
