Juan Antonio has experience in corporate and financial law, particularly in the banking sector. His practice focuses on the structuring, negotiation, and review of legal and contractual instruments in connection with domestic and cross-border financial transactions in Colombia and Peru, as well as on the analysis of contractual structures involving derivatives and the application of financial regulations.
