Carolina has over five years of experience advising domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and the negotiation of commercial contracts. Her practice includes structuring share and asset acquisitions, shareholders’ agreements, and multi-jurisdictional due diligence processes. She has experience both in private practice and in-house, with particular knowledge of the renewable energy sector, including project portfolio acquisitions and the negotiation of development and construction agreements for generation assets. Her experience spans domestic and international transactions across the region.
