Néstor has more than a year of experience and is part of the firm’s Banking, Finance & Capital Markets team. His professional practice has developed both in Colombia and abroad, where he has advised financial entities and companies, both national and foreign, in the negotiation and drafting of different types of financing and investment operations in the financial and real sectors. In addition, he has participated in the structuring of various types of guarantees for different transactions of all types of credits. Likewise, he has experience in advising on regulatory issues, as well as in the análisis of investment instruments and products for national and international financial entities.
