Profile

Santiago has more than five years of experience in dispute resolution, with a particular focus on domestic and international arbitration, as well as civil, commercial, and administrative litigation.  His practice encompasses high-value arbitrations before both domestic and international arbitral institutions, including investment arbitration before ICSID, annulment proceedings against arbitral awards, and the management of complex judicial disputes before the ordinary and administrative courts.  He advises and represents national and international clients in disputes arising from infrastructure, construction, energy, oil and gas, and underwater cultural heritage projects. His experience includes the preparation of pleadings and submissions, coordination with multi-jurisdictional teams, and the conduct of alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
