Valentina has focused her practice on comprehensive counsel in labor, collective, social security, and immigration law, advising domestic and multinational companies on labor management matters.

Her experience includes participating in labor due diligence processes, as well as designing and implementing labor strategies within the context of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate reorganizations, and tax optimization structures impacting labor relations. Additionally, she has advised companies on defining personnel engagement models tailored to their operational needs and risk profiles, structuring competitive compensation schemes, and designing and implementing voluntary retirement plans. Her practice is distinguished by integrating regulatory compliance with a practical understanding of her clients’ business needs and objectives.

She has litigation experience representing and supporting clients in judicial proceedings and administrative actions before competent authorities. She has also participated in the preparation and defense of constitutional protection actions (tutelas).
