Experiencia
Her practice is focused on corporate assistance and processing of personal data of both national and foreign clients. María José assists clients in the day-to-day legal and commercial activities related to their operations in Mexico, as well as in the development of policies for the proper processing of personal data. She has also participated in some asset purchase and sale transactions, share purchases and mergers.
María José’s work includes the preparation of corporate documents, such as meetings, contracts, responses to digital information requirements from various authorities and response to requests for removal of personal data, preparation of terms and conditions, privacy notice, authorizations. of image uses, agreements, notifications of termination and breach of contracts and support in monitoring matters. Likewise, María José supports clients in complying with obligations before the National Registry of Foreign Investments and other authorities.
