Regina is an associate, and she joined in 2021 and since then, she has been a member of the firm’s energy, infrastructure, and administrative/constitutional litigation practice areas.

• Law degree (J.D. equivalent), Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico City

Her working languages are Spanish and English.

Experience

Regina’s work regularly entails conducting client assessments throughout the different project stages, as well as designing complex regulatory strategies (e.g., authorizations, permits and registrations). She is also involved in risk assessment due diligence related to business operations.

Regina has also taken part in the design and implementation of defense strategies for administrative procedures before governmental authorities and/or through the judicial system, as well as on numerous constitutional claims against general Statutes and regulations impacting environment and antitrust matters.
