Experience
His practice focuses on advising national and foreign clients in their day-to-day legal and commercial activities. His work includes drafting and reviewing different types of legal documents, including contracts, corporate documents, commercial agreements, among others. Rodrigo’s work in corporate practice includes the preparation and review of meetings, unanimous resolutions, corporate settlements, legal audits, agreements, share purchase and sale contracts, among others. Additionally, he participates in the preparation of legal opinions and in the development of strategies for solving problems and the preparation of the respective documents.
