Experience

Alonso advises financial institutions and borrowers on the structuring and negotiation of syndicated loans and corporate financings, including the drafting of credit agreements, trusts and related security documents, as well as compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations.

He also participates in the structuring and negotiation of share and asset acquisitions, leading legal due diligence processes and drafting share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements and related instruments and documents.

Additionally, his practice includes advising investment funds and financial institutions on private equity transactions and access to capital and debt markets, providing regulatory and structural insight in each transaction.
