Experience

Andrés has participated in several transactions involving the development and acquisition of electric energy generation and commercialization projects. He has played a role at all stages of these transactions, from their due diligence, throughout the drafting and negotiation of the relevant agreements until their closing.

He also has experience in the financing of different infrastructure and energy projects, where he has overseen the drafting and negotiation of the transaction’s documents, including credit and trust agreements, along with the relevant securities package.

Andrés has assisted national and foreign companies in several corporate law matters.

He has also participated in pro bono projects, including the advice of Latin American migrants in their asylum applications before the migration authorities of the United States.
