Experience

Andrés has dedicated his practice to advising national and foreign clients on corporate law matters, specializing in the incorporation, mergers, spin-off, dissolutions, liquidations, and acquisitions of Mexican companies, corporate restructuring, contracts related to the corporate activities of national companies, corporate secretarial services, regulatory compliance, corporate due diligence, foreign investments, among others.

Additionally, he has experience advising clients on the acquisition of industrial and commercial real estate, having participated in real estate due diligence and regulatory compliance, as well as in the drafting and negotiation of real estate acquisition contracts, construction contracts, lease agreements, condominium regimes, among others, representing both national and international clients.
