José Eduardo is an associate and since 2012 has been part of the civil and commercial litigation practice. He has more than 10 years of experience representing various companies, both national and foreign, in everything related to commercial and constitutional litigation, bankruptcy proceedings, fraud, collective litigation, administrative procedures and civil litigation. He has practiced in civil, commercial and administrative procedures before all types of state and federal authorities.

Experience

José Eduardo is an expert in judicial processes and execution of foreign judgments and arbitration awards before judicial authorities in Mexico. He has attended annulment trials and amparo trials for resolutions issued by administrative authorities and participated in the analysis and ruling of litigious matters derived from legal audits for both public and private entities. In addition, José Eduardo has developed an important practice in consumer protection, representing various technology companies before the Federal Attorney for Consumer Protection (PROFECO), obtaining various resolutions of national significance.
