She has advised and represented a wide range of companies in administrative and jurisdictional proceedings, including administrative appeals (recursos de revocación), nullity trials (juicios de nulidad), and amparo trials. Additionally, she provides both preventive and corrective advice aimed at mitigating risks and liabilities arising from her clients’ foreign trade operations.

She has experience in obtaining Manufacturing, Maquiladora, and Export Services Industry Programs (IMMEX), corporate certifications, and regulatory permits, among other specialized procedures.
