Mariana García has more than six years of experience providing comprehensive advice to national and international companies on foreign trade and customs matters, both in an advisory role and in litigation

Studies:

• Diploma in Customs Legislation and Foreign Trade, School of Tariff Classification (ESCLA)
• Law degree (J.D. equivalent), National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), Mexico City, Mexico

Her working languages are Spanish and English.

Experience

She has advised and represented a wide range of companies in administrative and jurisdictional proceedings, including administrative appeals (recursos de revocación), nullity trials (juicios de nulidad), and amparo trials. Additionally, she provides both preventive and corrective advice aimed at mitigating risks and liabilities arising from her clients’ foreign trade operations.

She has experience in obtaining Manufacturing, Maquiladora, and Export Services Industry Programs (IMMEX), corporate certifications, and regulatory permits, among other specialized procedures.
