Víctor focuses his practice on credit transactions, real estate transactions, infrastructure project finance, and mergers and acquisitions.

He advises domestic and international clients on complex transactions, with an emphasis on the structuring, negotiation, and closing of operations that require financial insight, business understanding, and strategic execution.

• Diploma in Financial Education, National Commission for the Protection and Defense of Financial Services Users (CONDUSEF), Mexico City

His working languages are Spanish and English.

Experience

Victor has been part of the Firm since 2017. His experience includes financial, corporate, and real estate matters, as well as the coordination and implementation of legal processes and transactional support across various economic sectors, including energy, financial services, technology and media.
