Anahí joined the Firm in March 2017 as an associate for the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions practice. She has experience advising local and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and financing transactions. Prior to joining the firm, she was a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Banking & Finance practice of a leading law firm, where she participated in a broad range of complex and high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions.

Experience

Her practice focuses on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex transactions involving the acquisition, merger, and reorganization of domestic and foreign companies, as well as advising clients on commercial, corporate, financial, and capital markets matters.

She was a teaching assistant of Mergers & Acquisitions at Universidad de Lima (2022) and Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2016). She is also an associate of ADV Editores, association in charge of publishing ADVOCATUS law review.
