Her practice focuses on legal advisory in labor law, immigration, and social security. She provides comprehensive support in hiring national and foreign personnel, termination mechanisms, salary planning, labor audits, outsourcing, labor inspections, social security management, and administrative proceedings before the Ministry of Labor and SUNAFIL. Likewise, she has extensive experience in managing immigration procedures for foreign citizens.

She also has extensive experience in managing immigration procedures and handling filings before the National Superintendence of Migration.

She has served as a teaching assistant for the Labor Law II course at the Universidad del Pacífico since 2022.
